MUMBAI:A Malaysian man has been arrested after he was allegedly buying Viagra on a private road in Muntin, just outside the city of Suleiman. The man was found unlicensed on the streets of Suleiman in an apparent case of fake drugs. He was charged with sale of the prescription drug and possession of fake drugs, which are being sold in the Muntin area in a market that is often unregulated.
The accused are also in possession of a fake Viagra bottle. The man was arrested by the police. A tip is being collected that the man is involved in the sale of fake drugs. There are more details of the arrest and the police have seized the fake drugs.
The police seized the fake drugs along with several quantities of fake Viagra, worth around Rs 1 lakh.
“It was a case of fake drugs,” said one of the police officers. “The police were not aware of any fake drugs being sold in the Muntin area.”
The police raided a house in Suleiman on June 28, and arrested the man after questioning him about buying the drug. He was also arrested after the drug was seized. He had not been charged with any crime and his lawyer is waiting for the case to be settled. However, he has not yet been charged. The police were also raided by the court.
